Prepare your ATV or UTV
- Do not drain normal operating fluids. We do not require customers to drain fuel, oil or other fluids.
- Check for leaks and disclose any mechanical issues.
- Remove helmets, tools, hunting gear and other loose personal items.
- Secure or remove loose accessories and detachable components.
- Provide keys and make sure steering and brakes function when possible.
- Document pre-existing condition with clear, date-stamped photos.
- Tell us if the vehicle does not run, roll, steer or brake.
- Measure modified vehicles at their widest, tallest and longest points.
Access matters
Large transport equipment may not safely enter narrow roads, low-clearance areas, cul-de-sacs, gated communities or roads with restrictions. If an address is inaccessible, the customer and driver can coordinate a nearby safe meeting point such as a large parking area.

Do I have to drain the gas or oil?
No. Customers do not have to drain normal operating fluids for our ATV or UTV shipping service. The machine must not have active leaks.
Can you ship a non-running ATV?
Often, yes. Tell us exactly whether it rolls, steers and brakes, and whether loading assistance is available.
How much does ATV shipping cost?
Rates depend on mileage, route, dimensions, condition, access, timing and market capacity. A quote using the actual shipment details is the best estimate.
Do you serve all 50 states?
Our advertised ground transport coverage is the lower 48 contiguous states.
Can you pick up from a dealer or auction?
Yes. We serve residences, dealerships, private sellers, auctions and many business locations when release and access details are arranged.
